The Committee on Complaints against Private Healthcare Facilities ("the Complaints Committee") is established under the Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance ("PHFO") (Cap. 633). Starting from January 2021, the Complaints Committee will receive and consider complaints against private healthcare facilities ("facility complaints") and perform other functions related to the management of facility complaints under PHFO.
